RETURN Policy

If you are needing to do a return, please contact us at: CS@thehouseofgentry.com
Once received we will examine the piece to make sure it is in the same condition it was sent to you in.  After, you will receive your refund in the form of STORE CREDIT via email within 3 days of your return's approval.   
Our approval process may take up to 7 business days from when it was delivered to us.

What items are returnable?

  • We must be contacted within 3 days of delivery to process returns or exchanges.
  • We must receive your return within 14 days of it's original delivery to you.
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unwashed, Unworn, and Unaltered
  • Free of odor, stains, cigarette smoke and pet hair.
  • Shoes must be returned in original box with clean and unworn soles. DO NOT attach shipping labels or packaging tape to the box. If you do, they will be ineligible for return because we can not sell them. 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • We do NOT accept items purchased through Poshmark
  • Clearance and Sale items discounted 25% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
  • Giftcards, storecredit, and discount codes are not redeemable for cash
  • Bralettes and other intimate apparel
  • Accessories and jewelry
  • Shoes with boxes damaged by stickers, labels or packing tape. 

***If you ship back an item that is ineligible for return the items will not be shipped back to you and will be donated to a local women's shelter or you will be responsible for the cost to have the items shipped back to you.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for returns.
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. If you love your item and just want to exchange it for a new size, you will have to place a new order to purchase your item.
